Abstract
Rețelele inteligente sunt o realitate permanentă, cu tendințe ferme de dezvoltare accelerată. Această tendință a fost susținută de avansarea tehnologiei, dar și de diverși actori, care vor fi prezentate în această lucrare. De asemenea, lucrarea actuală investighează vectorii schimbării, precum și acțiunile necesare care sunt necesare pentru o tranziție de succes către un sector energetic inert din carbon.
The smart networks are an ever-present reality, with firm tendencies for an accelerated development. This trend has been supported by the technology advancement, and also by various actors, which are going to be presented in this paper. Also, current paper is investigating the vectors of change, as well as the necessary actions which are needed for a successful transition of towards a carbon-neutral energy sector.
