Abstract
Posibilitatea existentei unor scheme de sprijin pentru promovarea cogenerarii – in definitiv scheme de ajutor de stat – a fost mult dezbatuta in cadrul Uniunii Europene intrucat orice ajutor acordat unei intreprinderi sau sector de activitate in cadrul unui stat membru al UE inseamna o distorsiune a pieţelor interne, lucru care – in definitiv – afecteaza libera concurenta, principiu care sta la baza Tratatelor Uniunii.
