Există încă mult scepticism în ceea ce priveşte utilitatea eticii în tehnologie. Etica a devenit, însă, cu atât mai necesară cu cât civilizaţia a evoluat, iar consecinţele utilizării ne-etice a noutăţilor în domeniul tehnologic au devenit mai grave. Ciber-etica este o abordare ce doreşte să prevină abuzul sau încălcarea drepturilor umane ca urmare a diferitelor operaţiuni pe suport informatic, a transferului de date, protecţia demnităţii umane, a vieţii private şi a proprietăţii intelectuale prin utilizarea reţelelor informatice. Aceasta însă este o parte a problemei, un domeniu de actualitate reglementat prin directive a căror transpunere practică este monitorizată. O latura fascinantă a problemelor etice în această etapă de dezvoltare a tehnologiei este în ce măsură drepturile umane sunt afectate de evoluţia inteligenţei artificiale. Sunt chestiuni care ţin de conceperea, proiectarea, sistemelor de inteligenţă artificială (AI) şi de viziunea cu privire la evoluţia societăţii, prin apariţia lor. Pătrundem pe terenul domeniului numit “etica inteligenţei artificiale”, numită uneori şi roboetică. Ceea ce afectează sau poate afecta omul în profunzime este inteligenţa artificială autonomă, utilizabilă în activitatea curentă. Istoria demonstrează că fiecare tehnologie are o latură critică, având potenţialul de a crea probleme ce trebuie să fie tratate cu cea mai mare atenţie. Pentru AI, riscul poate să apară din tratarea inadecvată a aspectelor etice. Omenirea retrasează limitele eticii, care sunt adesea diferite în funcţie de epocă şi de evoluţia societăţii. Articolul evidenţiază abordări actuale în domeniul eticii inteligenţei artificiale şi dezbate unele puncte de vedere opuse şi consecinţele acestora. However, this is part of the problem, a field of topicality governed by directives whose practical transposition is monitored. A fascinating side of ethical issues at this stage of technology development is to what extent human rights are affected by the evolution of the Artificial Intelligence (AI). These are issues related to the design, design, artificial intelligence systems and the vision of the evolution of society through their emergence. We enter the field of the field called the “The Ethics of Artificial Intelligence”, sometimes called roboethics. What affects or can affect profoundly the human being is the autonomous Artificial Intelligence, used in current activity. History shows that each technology has a critical side, with the potential to create problems that need to be treated with the utmost care. For AI, risk may arise from inappropriate treatment of the ethical issues. Humankind sets the limits of ethics, which are often different depending on the age and the evolution of the society. The paper highlights current approaches in the field of artificial intelligence ethics and discusses some opposite points of view and their consequences. It also shows the uses and trends in the AI field for utility companies and distribution networks in the context of addressing ethical issues.
