Abstract
În această lucrare, autorii vor prezenta structura hardware și software a sincrofazorilor și a serverelor concentratoare, părți componente ale noului sistem WAMS al operatorului de sistem și de transport de energie electrică, Transelectrica. Aceștia vor realiza o scurtă descriere a aplicațiilor software disponibile în platforma WAMS, vor menționa apariția posibilității unui nou estimator de stare hibrid, îmbunătățit, și vor arăta legătura dintre sistemele EAS și WAMS.
In this paper, the authors will present the hardware and IT&C structure of the synchrophasor technology and the phasor data concentrator (PDC) of the Transport and System Operator (TSO) Transelectrica’s new Wide Area Measurement System (WAMS). Also, they will write a brief overview of these applications and the development possibilities within the platform from an engineering point of view. Moreover, it will be introduced the possibility of a new enhanced hybrid state estimator, and the link between European Awareness System (EAS) and WAMS.
